Missouri
Do you have a house, apartment or mobile home lot for rent in Missouri? Download easy customizable lease contracts and rental forms for your residential tenants.
Missouri's landlord-tenant law allows landlords to apply for a court order to remove a tenant involved in drug-related criminal activities, even if the tenant has not been arrested. The removal process does not require prior written notice in order to be effective.
Under the law, occupancy in a rental unit is restricted to two persons per bedroom, except for any children born to the tenants during the term of the lease.
If you lease mobile home lots, you must give a tenant 60 days' prior written notice before terminating any lease that is less than 1 year.
